To be able to be nice to a fault, you have to made a first step in changing your personility, to  reach your full growth and to enjoy your earthly life as much as possible.you have to take active step in building your personility in yourself. but its not enough only to want simply. you cannot let others determine the course of your life and expect peace of mind. standing up for yourself is powerfull human acts which at once stroke can eleminate guilt, fear, and anger unnecessary. infact you have  to judge the difference between the people  who get respect and those who get trodden on. its not what you usauly say to yourself perhaph it is a matter of fact u need to know the root causes,because strong personility means what u says or do, and make everyone in taught obout yourself whereas the passive personility doesnot,you can change if u know what to change and how to change!so that should be the mantra of your smart personility.thanks

Young boy of 19 killed by auto drivers

Acoroding to report . He(victim) and his father take a auto to go out for a shoping in aDiphiu town. when they reached the destiny they give the fare 20 to autodriver  but the autodriver want 10 more then the actual fare but they refuse 2 give more then the actual fare.in that context they have some argument in between but atlast they gave a 5 hundred note bcoz they have no chain even auto driver  also have no chain.once again they have some argument in between obout the matter the father of victim said that he will give him 10rs another day.but the driver want money  on the spot by any means. so, the tragedy began ...... hundred of drivers beat him.n they make him senseless, isthaniya logo ne ladke ko hospital pauchaya par tabtak bhahut dar ho chki thi! par the main culprets in that tregedy is not only drivers but also man in uniform i.e police.inspite of keping them away from that ladai they  thows the victim in theirs jhund.otherwise the tragedy might not  have happend.
